You and the team at Raise Financial and Dhan have built something with real energy — I feel it every time I use the product. That’s rare. That’s worth saying.
But here’s what I want you to hear, as a user who actually cares:
Speed and visibility aren’t features. They’re the product.
Users won’t always articulate it — but what they feel, instantly, is friction. And friction is a decision tax. Every extra click, every buried option, every moment of “wait, where is that?” compounds silently until they leave.
That’s what EASE means to me: Eye-Aware Simple Execution.
Look at why drag, drop, and click work — not because they’re clever engineering, but because they eliminate the cognitive cost of deciding. The interface thinks ahead so the user doesn’t have to.
My ask isn’t a comparison. It’s a challenge:
Before fixing the next bug — ask what decision you can eliminate.
That’s where great teams separate themselves. Not in the code they write, but in the friction they refuse to ship.
I have a taste. And this product deserves to match it.

Tradetiger is a Benchmark in Industry… Few changes & brokerage changes, will make them Big..
@PravinJ You are aware of Traders Requirements. But Even Beta is not living up to Expectations .
Now, wait is over. Will keep account, but not use, until all other expected things are done.

How to get access to DEXT 3?
Hi @vinbhat We have iterated this couple of times - the community is transparent + a way for interactions to shape up towards building a great product experience. However, if the communication isn’t constructive, it helps no one. We do review all the feedback we get, and have changed our own hard positions to make things work.
We understand that we may not be able to fulfil all wishes of everyone, that’s not how products get built. We have to balance requirements for most of our users, we do not prioritise for specific features that are limited to a certain usage or limited pattern.
Good to see you back after a while @D_Saha. We are opening up DEXT T3 for everyone soon.

@PravinJ Most users had posted about Font Size issue in App, in this Forum, even before I was here. It was & is A requirement of Most of Users.
Long time ago, Read the book “Who moved my Cheese”. So, no more Grunting on issues, if you resolve, come back to Dhan, Else move on to Other Platforms.
@Dhanush4777 Well its not a proper iPad app when I used it previously. Its just ported to iPad and most brokers do the same. Check the app from Angelone which is a native iPad app.
I guess DEXT T3 got an update because many minor changes have been made. If regular iterations are the order of the day, then DEXT T3 will surely become a great product. Keep up the good work.
One small feedback:
When we make changes in Settings (the one under Profile) for “Trading Preference” - customizing Limit, Time Frame etc., it ireverts back to defaults the next day - not saving.
This happened today after the update yesterday (my guess since I saw the enlarged setting only yesterday and customized it for my requirements only to find it revert back to default today).

One Update I expected but did not happen was the ability to customize the Market Watch. Right now it is just Sort Ascending or Descending. We usually sort it the way we want, so the ability to select the script and sort is very useful. Like how it is in Trading View Watch List. Select and move the individual scrip up or down.

I’ve been using Dext T3 for the past few days and overall, it has been a great experience. Order execution is very fast and the platform feels smooth.
I did notice a few areas where improvements could make it even better:
1. Option Chain Panel
It would be helpful to have a Fast Select feature similar to the web version.
2. Watchlist
Allowing users to drag and rearrange scrips within the watchlist would improve usability.
3. Expiry/Options Trader Layout
When I change the option chain scrip, most components update correctly (Option Scalper, IV Chart, and OI Graph), but the chart does not reflect the new selection. This seems inconsistent.
4. Charts
Currently, there’s no option to hide, lock or group drawings. Adding an Object Tree (like in the web version) would be very useful for managing chart drawings.

I have gone through the DEXT interface below are my observations
1- you have give option to add desired widgets on screen but if user add many widgets charts space remain very less, so My request please give and option to drag charts and other widgets to other monitors, with the option of sync by interval and scrip wise so if user change stock name in one chart it will change in other screen charts.
2- Price alert on plus button required same as tv.dhan with drag and drop feature.
3- Difference colour options need to add to watchlist so that user can categories as per reaserch like bullish bearish.
4- Column size in watchlist should be adjustable to use more space for other widgets.
5- Need an option that if user want to place an order in options based on index level, so price ladder is required in index also, (you can refer to optionx platform they provided the same where orders can be placed based on index price ladder also. I am attaching the optionX ladder

Request to Upgrade Open Interest View in Dhan Web & Options Trader
Dear Dhan Development Team,
I would like to raise a feature request regarding the Open Interest (OI) display in both Dhan Web and Options Trader platforms.
Currently, both platforms show only:

Open Interest (OI)

Change in Open Interest (COI)
However, both sections provide the same basic data, which limits deeper analysis for active options traders.
Recently, in the Options Web – Insight OI Section, a more advanced OI view has been introduced. This new feature is highly useful because it provides:

Change in OI across intervals

Strike-wise visibility with number of contracts
-
Better clarity on position build-up and shifts
This enhanced view offers significantly better insight compared to the existing basic OI + COI format.
Request:
We request the development team to:

Replace or upgrade the existing OI sections in Dhan Web and Options Trader

Integrate the Insight OI View (from Options Web) into these platforms
-
Provide consistent advanced OI tracking across all trading interfaces
Additionally, we strongly request that this improved OI feature be implemented in the DEXT T3 Terminal as well, as it will greatly enhance decision-making for active traders.

When every dext3 open instead of save layout open all other removed pin layouts are loading by default again i want to remove them.
Next in my saved layout option chain their i adjusted to a part along with chart not for full screen but whenever saved custom layout open option chain open and occupying full layout window again need to press Fullscreen button to bring back to original layout.
Please add a save option in option chain settings, it automatically resetting to default whenever reopen. As I am using as widget, I set important thing to see first but option chain automatically resets.
I tried pressing shortcuts keys B and S on chart search window popping on option chain right click and tried not work, please suggest how to use them.
Price ladder widget is good can you add option to automatically link to chart by pressing trade like in tv or order monitor button to monitor, present only convent is to access it directly by option chain right click on strike.
on chart after pressing full screen in trading view chart button exit of Fullscreen by esc not working chart is like that only in full screen once check that also.
These are the things I noticed till now, if i come across more i will post here @Dhan @RahulDeshpande @PravinJ
