DEXT3 Issues & Feedback

Good day

Dear @Dhan @PravinJ

  1. Option Chain does not remember the settings and resets every time I close and reopen DEXT. I keep Delta first then Price but it always resets to Price first. I have saved the layout but it doesn’t work.

  1. Bottom pane sizing changes too after restart.

  2. OI Graph is not useful at all for Intraday Trading as it only shows TOTAL/CUMULATIVE OI. It must have a setting to see CHANGE IN OI too like in other platforms like Zerodha Sensibul / Fyers InstaOptions etc represented in column graph. Same OI graph update needed in Options Trader Web too.

  3. If I click Chart button in scalper pane, it loads the chart only on last chart tab instead of the selected one, which is totally absurd. Click the YouTube link.

  4. Order window doesn’t show margin required and expenses details. Also it is always stuck at INTRADAY order. Can that be changed to NORMAL order by default? How to make the order type as SUPER ORDER by default? Need settings for that if not available.

  5. Unable to place Alerts from right-click menu and as well as chart.

  6. Action after Alert trigger is also missing which is a MUST feature.

    Will add to this post if I find more as I start using it more. :peace_symbol:

    Thanks

@Dhan LIVE P&L is stuck and not updating. Seeing few glitches here and there. P&L update is slower than browser tv.dhan.co by few secs.

@Dhan

  1. Unable to arrange symbols on the watchlist. Click and drag does not move the symbol.

  2. Clicking a symbol on watchlist is not opening the chart.

  3. Clicking a strike on the option chain does not open the chart. It shows 3 dots as Menu button and clicking it has a button for chart but this can also be achieved by right-clicking the strike and same menu opens. Then what is the use of 3 dots Menu button then? Left click should be mapped to open it on the chart tab.

  4. New update happened today and chart is not loading. Tried out pre-made default layouts and they fail open charts too.
