Dhan account Re-Opening

I closed my Dhan Demat account few months ago by sending closing request form. Is there any option to re-open the account.
I tried to register for a fresh account but it says that Account Closed.
I was send an email to ‘help@dhan.co’ but the reply said that My account is closed and I can open an account with others documents and details.
I don’t think so that it is a good option to open account of others (family members) documents.

Is there any other option available to Re-Open my Dhan Account?
