@Dhan is making trading difficult slowly with their so called innovation features and their features across their independent platforms.
In recent times after using dhan extensively, I slowly started getting irritation and frustration. The main reason is the lack of uniformity across their platforms. Another instance I faced last week is that -
In dhan app, if you switch from Investing to Trading, the order type changes to Market even though the default order type is set as Limit but if you close the order window with Trading product type and re-open the window again, the order type will be Limit. This issue is not being faced in Options trader app or web.
I dropped an email in this regard and the reply I got initially is that they will fix the issue in next build and when I asked for a definite TAT, I got response saying that both apps serve different purpose, so different working methodologies.
So, do we need to remember how every platform of a single broker works apart from spending time in trading @PravinJ ? Why are you making things complex? My sincere request is to atleast maintain uniformity in the basic & most-used features.
