Please someone tell me how do I fetch option chain data to pinescript for my algo trading? I need the data from option chain in trading view pinescript to code my options strategies
Not sure if external data can be fetched into TradingView Pinescript. Would be great if anyone from community can confirm @t7support @marketcalls
no external data cannot be fetched into pine script
Tradingview Pine Seeds Does that. One can get their custom data into Tradingview.
It also comes with certain limitations
- the data can only be updated 5 times per day
- only daily-based timeframes (1D and above) can be applied to such data
- the number of data elements (symbols) is limited o 6000
