Feature Request – Remember Portfolio Sorting Preference

Team,

I would like to suggest an improvement regarding the portfolio view in the app. @PravinJ

Currently, the portfolio holdings are shown in alphabetical order by default every time we open the portfolio section. Even if we manually change the sorting option (for example, profit percentage ascending or descending), the system does not remember this preference.

It would be very helpful if the app could remember the user’s last selected sorting preference as the default view. This would allow traders to consistently view their portfolio based on parameters such as profit/loss percentage, returns, or value, without needing to manually reselect the sorting option each time.

A similar system is available in Angel One, where the portfolio remembers the user’s preferred sorting choice.

Kindly consider adding this feature so that portfolio viewing becomes more efficient and user-friendly.

forget portfolio, even positions page for traders is not sorted by alphabetical order by default bro. just look at this it all gets mixed up! very frustrating to find which leg is where in the page.

Exactly bro :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: same issue here. The app should simply remember the last sorting preference (P&L %, returns, etc.) instead of resetting to alphabetical every time. That would make portfolio viewing much smoother. @PravinJ

@Muldeep_Chawhan @magicpoison Try Tampermonkey browser extension and try to vibe code an “userscript”. I am currently using a few to add few columns on certain pages. Example here.

Hi @Muldeep_Chawhan Thanks for your suggestion, we will pick this up in the coming builds. Will keep you updated on this.
