Dixon not tradable via Dhan Tradingview.com

Dear Dhan,

I’m trying to trade Dixon from the TradingView.com Dhan integration, but I’m getting an error saying it’s not tradable.
(Attached screenshot below)

Interestingly, I am able to trade the same ticker directly from the Dhan platform without any issue.

Could you please help me understand why it’s not tradable via TradingView.com?
