Do Price Alerts Get Affected After Saturday Mock Trading on Dhan?

Hello Dhan Team and Community,

I am an equity swing trader and I heavily depend on price alerts for my trading decisions.

I have heard from some traders that:

  • Dhan conducts mock trading on Saturdays

  • During mock trading, previously set price alerts may trigger

  • After that, those alerts may get removed or deactivated

  • Traders then need to set the alerts again

I would like to confirm:

  1. Is it true that price alerts can get affected because of Saturday mock trading?

  2. Do we need to re-create alerts every week after mock sessions?

  3. Is there any way to make alerts permanent so they don’t get deleted?

Since alerts are very important for swing traders like me, a clear clarification from Dhan team would be really helpful.

Hi @Pradhan No, We make sure user’s alert didn’t get triggered during mock trading. If in any case it’s gets triggered, it will be reset to default alert as per Friday before market opens on next working day.
