Does this Option Backtest ui look OK to you?

Hello everyone. I have been working on an Option Backtesting website for a couple of months. The original app worked in terminal only, and the UI was added much later. So I wanted to get opinions from fellow Option Traders on whether this UI looks intuitive and easy to use for backtesting Option Strategies.

Place + and - Buttons, one click = one step ahead or back the case may be on all sliders

Thanks for taking the time to draw!

I considered what you are suggesting. Plus/minus buttons would allow more precise control. The problem is that mobile devices aren’t that wide, so there isn’t a lot of space to add buttons on the side. The demo is from a tablet screen, twice the width of an average smartphone. If I add buttons below each slider, then the whole input section won’t fit in the screen at once. I will try to see if there is a way to make it work.

Give users a choice in settings via toggle on/off switch to enable/disable buttons.

Lets the users decide they want to use buttons or not.

Good idea! I anyway have an advanced section for brokerage/slippage/date. I can add a switch to show plus/minus buttons as well.

@Quant Great work and I believe this will help a lot of traders. In my personal opinion, a Clock dial won’t be needed because the slider for the time is pretty cool. Along with these, I feel a payoff chart is a must and the change with time.

Thanks! I had added the clock dial as it felt cool when I was coding  But yeah you are right, it is not really needed.
