Drawings on Dhan TV Chart missing on the next day

Hi @Hardik @PravinJ @Dhan,

On facing the 5mb limit issue in the current layout, i removed some drawings and the error stopped appearing.

But to be on the safe side, i created a “new” layout and added drawings on some of the charts and made sure the drawings were getting saved (manually saving as well multiple times).

When i loaded the layout this morning some of the drawings were missing. This is so frustrating. Please look into it and resolve the issue.

Some additional info which could prove helpful :

  1. I am using the Multi window layout (6 windows) while drawing on the charts.

  2. I made sure that the last loaded layout (on the chrome tab) is the one i was drawing on.

Hi @Akshay009 ,

We suggest creating a new layout, then loading and saving it. Additionally, please ensure that the Auto Save option is enabled in chart settings and check if the issue persists write us at Help@dhan.co to assist further.

I had done the same in this case. Autosave was also enabled. But still the issue occured.
