Sometimes I am not getting Contract Note in my Gmail account. So I generally use “E-mail Contract Note” option. Now-a-days this option is also not working properly means even after getting message “E-mailed Successfully” not getting Contract Note through e-mail. Earlier this option was working for me.
Please help.
Hi @Zakir Request you to check if you have them in spam folder. We had one instance of this reported this week.
After checking posted here.
From past 2 days, I am noticing that all Dhan emails are going to spam folder.
I know I can create a filter to not to send them to spam but Dhan team also needs to find out why their emails are going to spam at first place.

Can you please tell where is this option of emailing the contract note?
I lost some old emails and want to re-download contract notes.

You can download the previous contract note from both platform app/web
My profile > All statements & Reports > Contract note.
