ETFs: Expense Ratio and iNAV

Seeking Detailed Information on ETFs: Expense Ratio and iNAV

I would like to suggest implementing more detailed information for Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) within the brokerage app. Specifically, it would be helpful to include details such as the expense ratio and iNAV (indicative Net Asset Value). This additional information would greatly assist users in making informed investment decisions. Thank you for considering this enhancement!

Hi @Lokesh360, We have shared this feedback with our product team for evaluation. Enhancing ETF details is a valuable improvement, and we will explore the feasibility of incorporating these features in future updates. Stay tuned for enhancements, and we appreciate your valuable input!

@Lokesh360 Incase you want to exploit the disequilibrium between the iNAV and the NAV using this, chances for this are rare. AMCs, Institutions, Hedge Funds are all involved in maintaining the demand supply and they will ensure the gap is just enough for the RFR.

Infact Jane Street’s primary business is into ETFs (US Market Mainly)

The feature, if implemented, should prevent arbitrage trades and avoid purchasing overpriced ETFs.

For example, ETFs like Hang Seng ETF, Mirae MAFANG, MASPTOP50, and Motilal Nasdaq ETFs are trading significantly above their iNAV. Such cases should be avoided.

@Dhan, iNAV for ETFs isn’t available in Dhan. Could you please let me know when this feature will be available to users? iNAV is really important to know if the ETF is trading at a premium or a discount. It can be found in NSE here and other brokers like Groww have already shown it on their web app.

Hi @nitishbangera, thank you for your valuable suggestion regarding displaying iNAV for ETFs. We completely agree that it’s a helpful feature to track whether an ETF is trading at a premium or discount. We have shared your feedback with our team for review and consideration.

Hi @Rushabh_Vakharia sharing the feedback with the team for review and consideration has been the generic response without the view of any follow-ups from the Dhan team. This request was previously raised on 23rd Feb 2025. May I know if this requirement is still in the pipeline?
