Family Portfolio is now live at Dhan.

Not working as expected. Tried multiple times over the weekend, and each time a new error was shown.

Hi @Dhanush4777 ,@nitishbangera, please update the Dhan App to the latest version (1.0.84). From the home page, click on your profile picture (top left) to access the My Family Portfolio feature. It’s first rolled out to select users and will be rolled out to all users in the coming weeks.
@onkar, we have replicated this on our end and found it to be working smoothly. Kindly share more details with us at help@dhan.co, and we will get this resolved for you.

@Mohseen_Usmani I am on 1.0.83(From Settings of the app) and it seems Dhan hasn’t rolled out this update on both Android and iOS for my user. Let’s see when I get the update.

@nitishbangera @Dhanush4777 Click on your profile picture and in the side menu you will find the family portfolio.
@onkar No issues found. Have linked 4 family accounts. Maybe updating to the latest app version will solve it.

Yes, it is now working on my side. However, I checked it over the weekend and at that time, it was showing errors while I was connecting members.

Implementing multiple portfolios but no plans for multiple margin types in the same account.

IFSC update option also available on Dhan. Not sure if free or chargeable like primary bank update charges, i have updated one ifsc let’s see
Dhan team, please allow to open an account for minors too, given that you have mutual funds options too, is it available right now?

@ssolanki Just see if you can do it directly from MFCentral. When Dhan implements the feature, you can just import the external funds to view on the platform.
How it is different from adding secondary account?

In Switch Account feature you entirely logout from one account to access another account and perform every action as actual owner of the accounts. You can add 4 more accounts under Switch Account feature
Whereas
In Family Portfolio you get a comprehensive view only access to your family’s portfolio. You can’t perform every action, you can only view that too only portfolio on Dhan. There are so many relations mentioned under Family Portfolio , I don’t exactly know the limit of family members that can be added.
@Mohseen_Usmani from Family’s Portfolio if we click on any scrip name or Mutual fund, that particular detail page should open for our account to buy or sell. Either give a replicate button for each scrip in family portfolio.
Also if possible add Position view to family portfolio. What trades made by family members and profit/loss just as a summary view so that we can track performance accurately.
