@Dhan @PravinJ - please add feature of setting default TP and Sl for bracket orders based on points. Example h 10 points below buy price - sl and 30.points above buy price TP. Also, please add BSE sensex for default orders. Right now only NSE indexes available for default orders.
Sector wise - Portfolio ,
Team, please help to show the " Stock Portfolio " via Sector wise , large cap, small cap etc. … Currently i do not see such option in Portfolio , please help
Hi @Sanjay2704,Thank you for your suggestion! Adding a feature to set default Stop-Loss (SL) and Take-Profit (TP) in bracket orders based on points is a great idea. However, since stock prices vary significantly—from ₹10 to ₹1000 or more—it is currently configured in percentage terms to ensure consistency across all scrips. That said, we understand the value of your suggestion and will evaluate its feasibility.
Regarding BSE Sensex for default orders, we acknowledge the limitation and will explore the possibility of including it in future updates. Stay tuned for enhancements!
Hi @KarunaM, Welcome To MadeForTrade! community
Currently, the portfolio section does not have an option to categorize holdings based on sectors, market capitalization (large cap, small cap, etc.), or other classifications. However, we understand how valuable this feature would be for better portfolio analysis. We have shared your suggestion with our team, and we will evaluate the feasibility of implementing it in future updates. Stay tuned for improvements!
Hi Mohseen, Much appreciated, Thanks for your response
Hi @Dhan ,
Currently MTF page is not showing detailed information about margin that I am using for my investments through MTF option.
I would also like to view below details for selected period:
- Margin used (may be average or some heatmap or line chart by date)
- Interest paid
- Returns for each scrip after deducting interest
I know this is not in favor of Dhan however, this will give more clarity on MTF trades.
Thanks!
Hi Dhan Team,
I would like to request one feature. Please add Advance Decline Ratio (For Nifty 50 /Nifty 100/ Nifty 500) as a Tradingview Indicator or Just add ADR value on top of Tradingview screen. It’ll help Traders to understand Market depth on realtime.
add mutual funds to demat a/c so that pledge benefits can be availed.
Three features that I am anxiously waiting to be incorporated in Dhan :-
- Watchlist has limitation of only 100 stock which should be extended till 1000 as it is available in trading view or atleast 500 script
- There is no option of importing script. We have to add stocks one by one in the watchlist. should have bulk importing option.
- I want Pine Scipt editor in Dhan TV console to incorporate our own custom indicator or strategies .

Really helpful
Basket orders API please.
It’s truly frustrating not to have this api feature that every other broker has it.
Hi @Paragjyoti_Deka,
Super Order lets you set Entry, Target, Stop-Loss & Trailing SL from one window—streamlining your trades. Unlike Bracket & Cover Orders (NSE-only), Super Orders work across NSE, BSE & MCX for all order types (Intraday, Delivery, Carry Forward) and assets (Stocks, F&O, Commodities).
Powered by DEXT, they run seamlessly across App, Web, Charts & API with built-in OCO (One Cancels Other) functionality. Plus, track your trades in real time with the dedicated Super Position & Order Book.
