I recently subscribed to smallcase, it has added almost 50 stocks. Now its very difficult to track my stocks from smallcase ones. Zerodha has simple dropdown to separate smallcase stocks.
Also adding tags to stocks is really needed…to track stocks bought for different reason.
I dont know why simple feature like this is missing. or am i the only one who finds this as pain
Facing the same issue mentioned above, Also, copying links for the same issue mentioned in other threads here on this platform. Is there a possible resolution like how Zerodha does it or possibly some other brokers too?
There is another discussion from another platform’s (tradingqna) thread which tells that other brokers too have just done logical separation. As a user, that would be more than sufficient to check my stocks invested directly on Dhan vs the ones that are added via smallcase. Unfortunately, I cannot post the link of that discussion in this same post because I am a new user here and only 2 links per post are allowed
Apologies for the delayed response. We are still in the process of evaluating this. While it seems challenging on our end, we are committed to finding a solution to address this.
I am not sure why this is “challenging”. If you are not able to retrieve anything from smallcase API, then why can’t you treat the stocks which are not bought from DHAN as SMALLCASE stocks. Am i missing anything?
Finally i decided to do this myself. I downloaded the holding from smallcase website and uploaded through the script on Dhan, now smallcase stocks shows up highlighted.
However downside is the need to download the stocks from smallcase. But I can live with that, as i track probably once a month.
