Feedback and Issues with DEXTT3 Tools

Hi Dhan Team,

I would like to share my feedback regarding the Dextt3 tools, which I find to be excellent and have had a very positive experience using overall. However, I have observed a few issues that I hope can be addressed:

  1. The chart settings do not retain my last changes. Each time I log back in, the settings revert to default.

  2. The drawings are not synced across different stocks when using the Volume Profile Fixed Range. On Dhan Web, VPFR auto-sync across all stocks, which is very convenient.

  3. My saved indicator templates from Dhan Web are not appearing in Dextt3.

  4. The copy-paste option on charts is not functioning. Instead, I receive the error message: “Couldn’t paste – The Clipboard API has been blocked.”

I kindly request you to look into these issues and provide an update at your earliest convenience. Your support will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @mayur_kamble, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for your kind words about DEXT T3.

• We’re currently optimising layout and chart settings retention, so this should improve in upcoming updates.

• Dhan Web/App and DEXT T3 are designed as separate platforms, so chart settings, drawings, and templates do not sync between them.

• Regarding the copy-paste feature, it is working as expected on our end. We request you to please share more details (steps or environment) so we can investigate this further.
