I was using Upstox , Zeroda Groww for a long time. One of my friend suggested Dhan and when I first use it I hate it a lot. But then I addicted to Dhan. It’s the best trading app that I ever used.
Now I am going to quit from it.
For a long time we are Asking for ‘Trailing stoploss’ for equity Delivery orders present in Portfolio. It’s essential in Swing trading, for part time traders. People like me do trading with job. So we can’t check the price every minute. So if there is Trailing stoploss we can exit from stocks with maximum gain. It’s present in Upstox. When we place Equity delivery gtt order in Upstox we can place Trailing stoploss (screenshot attached ).But eventhough people continuesly asking for it,
Dhan not ready to add this future. I also posted 2-3 times the same issue in this forum. But no solution.
So finally I decided to quit Dhan and start to do trading in Upstox
Hi @ruby619 Request you to avoid spamming the forum, it is against community guidelines and tagging multiple team members doesn’t serve the purpose.
Dhan team members on community are active, and they review every note and feedback gets shared internally among all of us. Spamming would not be helpful.
In the post you have expressed your view, and our team has responded to same request earlier as well.
Any product development is hard, specially on trading products as they are super complicated.
People continuosly asking for this feature for a long time. I can see someone posted the same thing about one year ago. I didn’t understand why Dhan still now ready to include these type of very basic features in their app.
He posted it about two years ago. Why Dhan still now ready to consider this. If you are not ready to consider the basic needs of traders then what is the use of this forum.
