Hi Dhan Team,
I have been actively using Dhan since last 2.5 years now. I have noticed some bugs during this period which I tweeted earlier. Link to tweets

Now since I have joined this community, I feel this place is perfect for me to share those bugs that I find. I tried to look for any specific thread that is open for such bug reportings but couldn’t find any. Hence I am creating this thread and will be posting the bugs as I find them.

Note:

  1. Sometimes I may share videos thru Google Drive links which may not be openly accessible (for privacy reasons), I request you to please Request access on the link and download the video.
  2. I don’t know whom to tag for specific bug in a particular feature, so kindly help with tagging correct person for that feature and fixing that glitch/bug.
  3. I may not use correct technical terms here for any bug, please try to understand what I am referring to. In case of non understandability, please reply.
  4. You may feel that this is just chindi thing why is he reporting this - I don’t know.

Another one I noticed today when Nifty was breaking ATH

If you see the Historical Performance in the above screenshot - I noticed that it is not dynamically updating. If I close nifty page then reopen then it will update.

Margin Summary :point_down:

In the Money Tab under Real time margin utilisation the utilisation bar is not filling properly. When I click on Margin Summary then the utilisation bar looks correctly filled. Depicted in the screenshots above.

I deleted my Paytm Bank account on 10 Sep which was deleted in like 5 minutes.
Soon after, I also raised deletion request for Unity Small Finance Bank which is still in progress.
Due to this I can’t even add new bank account because deletion in progress.

The SARAL Form link doesn’t work on the Download Centre - Download Forms and Get Started | Dhan

It just opens a new tab with the same Download Centre page.

I don’t even know what SARAL Form means but still needed to report it’s non functional.

We have found a minor bug and the team is already working on resolving the same. Kindly allow us some time. We will make sure this is fixed and your bank is deleted across all intermediaries.
