I really love charts .dhan.co and its overall interface. The charting experience is excellent, especially the ability to implement custom indicators and customize charts according to our trading strategies. It’s one of the things I appreciate most about Dhan.
However, there is one issue I frequently face: chart loading time. It often takes around 10–20 seconds for a chart to load, which can be frustrating, especially when switching between stocks or analyzing multiple charts during market hours.
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
Apart from this, I really enjoy using the platform. Keep up the great work, Dhan team!

Thank you for using the platform. Regarding slowness of the chart, this might happen when there is poor connectivity. We can arrange a Google Meet with you to see it in live market. Let us know if you are available

FYI, I have two connections, my latency to tv-dhan-co is 6-10ms at all times. My internet speed is consistent at 100 mbps download and upload. ISP is Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel.
Dhan TV charts continue to load under a second, where TradingCharts take considerable time ONLY on the charts-dhan-co page.
