This is because you are buying the stock using OCO which assumes you have already sold the stock. So, buy target price is shown as -1%. If you have already bought the stock and you toggle it to sell you will see the target at 1% and stop loss at -1%. Remember that this is OCO order - it is used for exiting the position and not for making a new entry.
