Forever order rejected by exchange

Response for rejection: EXCH:16418:Order entered has invalid data

I had made this Forever order before 9:15 am in the morning. Can Dhan support team help me why the Exchange rejected this order?

ALSO, is there a way to see the triggered Forever orders? At least on the same day. Right now, once a Forever order is triggered it disappears from its section.
