Hi
How do your forever sell order work when the stock splits.
For example i try to use forever sell orders as stoploss orders. Abc is trading at 100. I put forever sell order with trigger price 80 and limit as market price . To maintain a 20% stoploss.
Now lets say the stock spits to 50 rupees.
It is below trigger price. But techinaly it isnโt 20% down.
Will the forever order be executed?

I have the same question. Thanks for asking
In Zerodha, Iโm aware that GTT orders are automatically canceled on split or bonus days, with notifications sent via email.

Hi @NoobTrader @Champion_Trader
Here, In Dhan, we do not cancel your forever order, will remain active and execute your desired price with the same quantity. Additionally, we have noted your feedback on this if any stock happens like this.

โSo, we need to modify the GTT before the stock split, Am I correct @Divyesh ?โ
In this case, yes you need to modify your forever order before the stock split.
