Forgot to verify my mtf shares yesterday and its showing -

i forgot to verify my mtf shares yesterday and its showing - 1900 and i dont have funds to convert mtf into dilivery is this fine ?
if i sell my other holding and get cash in my account will this help me to avoid any fine ?

We suggest you to maintain funds if you wish to hold those shares for the long term. Otherwise, the shares will be squared off on the T+5 day, as per the Ageing Policy.
