Today since morning 6.00 am I have been logged out three times and every time it asks me to login with Password and OTP.
This has become a nuisance and it will be terrible if it happens during market hours.
Even in last two three days, I have been logged out atleast once every day.
Please ask your technical team to look into.
About two weeks ago, there was a similar discussion started.

For security reasons, your session may occasionally become invalid. If this happens, you will be automatically logged out or prompted to re-authenticate.
For quick and secure access, you can always log in to the mobile app using biometric authentication to easily manage your trades and positions. if any during market hours.
Ji, I believe this has turned into a situation where being extra careful has become a hassle for the client.
