I enabled the settings as described in the video but I don’t see the full order book. I just created a new A/C on dhan. Are new member not allowed to use this feature?
Also, I don’t see 20 levels of market depth charts (its only shows 5 levels).
I tried contacting support but its gives me a automated replies which leads to nowwhere.
this is how it looks. if I lock it, then i can’t scroll it and if it’s on dynamic mode (unlocked), then scrolling it returns to the ltp.
Also, how can I see this depth on the full screen(without the buy/sell buttons). I want to maximize the depth visibility from top to bottom.
I am also a new user here and I am also having the same problem. I am not able to scroll and see 200 price levels as claimed by you. While trying to scroll it always comes back near last traded price and I am unable to see more than few price levels. I have tried it both on Firefox & Edge browsers on a fairly new Windows 11 laptop.
Hi @VXP, please enable full depth from user settings and disable auto center to view full depth. refer below screenshot for reference.

@Mohseen_Usmani, After making changes to the Settings as advised by you, it is working now. Thanks for that. I have one query regarding Total Buy & Sales quantities shown in this windows. Both of them are much less than the Total quantities shown in normal Market Depth window. Can you explain reason for that?
This is because on Tv.dhan.co DOM we show total as per the number of order visible on the DOM, while on market depth shown on Dhan App/web, it shows total BID/ASK orders present on the scrip. hope this helps @VXP
