Hello, I was trying to place buy order for GOLDM OCT Future and it failed. Following is the snapshot of order details. I was using dhan API for order placement. Can anybody explain me why the order was rejected. The reason : “Not allowed for the product selected” seems absurd

When you are placing in Derivatives, productType needs to be either INTRADAY or MARGIN. You must have chosen CNC and this is why the order was rejected.
