Hi @Dhan@PravinJ sir, since morning the gift nifty on dhan is not giving the real time data and it is not showing the live price data. The same has been highlighted to your team over X and after explaining in detail to your team almost after 7 hours, now your team acknowledged that there is some problem. But now I can see that over the watchlist and the home page (quick indices bar), the gift nifty price is shown wrongly whereas in charts, the live price is being shown. Kindly correct this asap as we need to wait till next market holiday to get a test case.
I had highlighted such different issues a few times till now but no goodies even once from your end till now.
Hi Siyanka @Dhan@PravinJ , what is the use of checking on a trading day? It updates correctly on a trading day. The issue is on a non-trading day. Moreover there is no issue in Gift nifty chart yesterday. The issue is present only on the home screen & in the watchlist price data. The GIFT NIFTY scrip price was shown wrong.
Our internal systems treat Gift Nifty as part of NSE, when NSE is closed it also assumes that Gift NIFTY is closed as well. This is a major structural change, will take us some time for this to solve for.
Hi Sir, then pls let me know why the GIFT NIFTY charts data was updating when NSE was closed yesterday. You can refer the screenshots shared earlier. The chart is showing live price but not the script data was updating in watching and home page.
Hi @sri1647 These are internal services we have and how they are wired. Much to do with our internal trading and data management systems, proprietary to us and we prefer to not discuss many of our core system design related processes on public domain.
Hi Sir, i guess you are understanding the issue wrongly. My query is that on dhan platform, the gift nifty charts data was updating properly yesterday even NSE is closed but the script price is not updating. So there is a deviation in your platform only between charts and normal script price data.
I didn’t understand the point of showing correct data over charts and showing wrong data on the face of index sir. Not sure when these issues will be rectified. I am highlighting such issues from past many months but not seeing any results nor any rewards for me for making the platform much better
@Dhan@PravinJ your team is on twitter is saying this was a rare case and it is rectified. But you told it will take a longer time to rectify it. No match between both replies. I can’t check it till December 25th. This is the reason I requested your team to check it on the same day itself but your team didn’t and now I need to wait 1 month to check the status of this issue. Unnecessary waste of time and too disgusting upon you.

The gift nifty value is updating in its website whereas on dhan, the price is not updating after today’s market close. Is it because US markets are closed today? But it shouldn’t be a valid reason.
Hi @Dhan@PravinJ sir, The gift nifty value is not updating on dhan from 10:45 AM today. Kindly check. The gift nifty value is facing a few issues since you launch it on dhan. Request you to restructure it properly.
