Have you guys sent me a package for diwali?

I’m writing regarding a package that was reportedly sent to me for Diwali. I received an email from Dhan suggesting that your organization might have been the sender of this gift. However, I have not been able to confirm this, and I wanted to reach out directly for clarification.

According to DTDC’s tracking information, the package has been marked as “Delivered”, but I have not received it. It has now been over two weeks, and despite several follow-ups with DTDC, I have not received any proper response or resolution. Their support and escalation process have been quite disappointing, with little accountability or communication.

I would sincerely request you to:

  • Confirm whether a Diwali package was actually sent to me via DTDC.

  • Avoid using such unreliable logistics partners in the future, as their grievance handling seems ineffective and unresponsive.

This situation has caused considerable inconvenience, and I hope it can be looked into at the earliest to avoid such incidents.
