I’m writing regarding a package that was reportedly sent to me for Diwali. I received an email from Dhan suggesting that your organization might have been the sender of this gift. However, I have not been able to confirm this, and I wanted to reach out directly for clarification.
According to DTDC’s tracking information, the package has been marked as “Delivered”, but I have not received it. It has now been over two weeks, and despite several follow-ups with DTDC, I have not received any proper response or resolution. Their support and escalation process have been quite disappointing, with little accountability or communication.
I would sincerely request you to:

Confirm whether a Diwali package was actually sent to me via DTDC.

Avoid using such unreliable logistics partners in the future, as their grievance handling seems ineffective and unresponsive.
This situation has caused considerable inconvenience, and I hope it can be looked into at the earliest to avoid such incidents.
