Let me tell you something then you can unlist this post also . I know it’s bad for dhan’s image.
A week ago I have emailed everything regarding my issue including video of problem . The reason I didn’t answer today’s call is I am just sick of your peoples replies and solutions.
1- everything is fine on our end we checked everything.
2-everything is working fine please login and logout again
3- please watch this guide on how to logout from dhan web . (It’s like I am some small kid who doesn’t know how to logout).
And please tell me what else you wanted to tell me on call today . Nothing but same answers that you are giving me on email .
I dont really understand why you people are not checking what’s really happening when I am trying to logout from dhan web .
My friend works in multinational trading software company on technical support side .
He asked me why your brokers technical support team is not looking into it .
I told him dhan doesn’t have engineers they have call center people they are shamelessly sending me guide on how to logout they are also telling me to watch some YouTube videos.
Please unlist this post quickly or else other members will read it .
GOOD LUCK .
We completely understand your frustration, and we have no issue with critical feedback being shared on the community. In fact, the community exists so users can openly highlight problems with our products, support experience, or anything that they feel needs improvement.
However, as part of our community moderation process, we unlist posts when they contain abusive, derogatory, or personally disrespectful language towards any individual or team member. References such as “idiots” or similar remarks fall under that moderation guideline. The post was unlisted for this reason alone, and not because the feedback was critical of Dhan or because it could impact our image.
You are absolutely welcome to repost the same issue, including your complete experience and concerns with our support process, without the personal remarks. We will keep the discussion visible and will also continue to have the underlying issue looked into by the relevant team.
We’re happy to take criticism — we just request that the conversation remains respectful towards everyone involved.
We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry our earlier response didn’t address your query completely.
We’ve checked this from our end, and the logout scenario on Dhan Web has been addressed. If you’re still facing the same behaviour, we request you to connect with us over a video meet so we can understand your specific query and assist you further.
Sorry I didn’t know that idiot was abusive word . I thought idiot word contains more respect than what your customer support deserves. I always give people more respect than they deserve.
@Salunkedevendra I’ve faced similar issues while logout in Dhan web as webpage reloads itself instead of logout. So as alternative you can go to My Profile on Dhan (Top right corner icon)> Connected Applications .Here you can see all login applications including apps so you can logout from here & this works .
FYI, since you don’t know them personally. Let me tell you, folks at Dhan are nice people and they want to always be helpful to customers. Dhan is a pretty new organization here, and they are still learning and growing, not as if they are in existance for the last 20 years.
I know their customer support is not the best, but they are improving gradually.
If you aren’t satisfied with any resolution over email, then you can either tag Rahul Deshpande or PJ @PravinJ or send them a mail at feedback@dhan co
I can assure you that is enough to resolve your queries.
It’s always nice to be polite to people both in digital world and real life, you never know what someone is going through in life right now.
