How can i change the default option in placing order

How can i change the default provided option of Lot to Qty when placing orders.

I made a blunder today as i am used to place order in Qty and not in Lots. I placed an order for 1800 Lots instead of Qty.

Hi @Madefortrade

At the moment, you can’t change that option setting, but if your order preference is set, we have a feature where you can default to 1800 qty every time

Yes please give option to toggle between lots and Quantity @Divyesh @PravinJ @Hardik

Why complicate things? Just give us a simple toggle switch between Qty and Lot.

Should take less than 2 hours to implement it and it will help a lot for traders coming from other platforms.

You guys have removed “Trader’s Control” without any notice. Now all the preference we stored for each index is lost. I didn’t notice that that and most positions i took on Friday, got auto-closed because the default is now set to “Trading” instead of “Normal”.

Now for every order, we need to click on "Normal’, “Limit”, calculate the lot size and trade.
