Just tried replicating this and it is working fine. Can you check once at your end.

We also monitor all incoming requests at our end and if it had been an overall issue, it would have impacted all users.

@Hardik I’m facing this issue again and again even with multiple stocks check. Could you help me to overcome this and i generated a new access token to do the testing but still failed.

This looks like an account-specific issue. Can you please share your details on help@dhan.co with the securities that you have tried?

Also, it will be great if you can include the timestamps of these requests so that we can look at the logs and debug this issue faster.

No, will not recommend sharing access token with anyone, even on dhan support. Will check for the specific scenario in this case and help it get resolved.

I see on many user reported issues you guys ask for a email.

Please if everything has to be solved via mail than no need of this forum.

No point having forum when issues faced by others users can’t be discussed openly.

This email thing not helping other users. This previously reported issue is critical issue for me, OP also facing this issue but i have no idea about followup of this issue on your mails. This will waste another 2 days of me though could have saved if other users also facing same issue & being discussed & solved openly via forum but not via emails. Poor.
