Hello sir,I took equity position with 71k and with MTF provided yesterday.but I didn’t know that they must be pledged before 9 pm to keep them in MTF holding positions.i came to know about it in morning as red alert mssg has popped up.today I sold them for profit,whole shares I bought on MTF.will there be any charges and penalties on me.pls explain.i took nearly 1128 shares with MTF .my capital is nearly 71k and remaining with leverage provided in MTF trade.i bought them at 148 and sold early morning at 150 out of panic.as I read in an article they sell them after t+7 days if MTF not pledged before 9 pm.as I was in profit I myself sold them in morning market open .will I receive my amount or will there be cut in my margin.pls explain.thank you.

There is no reason to panic. The shares get converted to delivery if not pledged and you will receive the amount in your DP as per normal process.
