I have been consistently experiencing slowness on the Dhan web portal, especially during the following times:

  • Market Open (around 9:15 AM – 9:30 AM)
    and after Market Close

During these periods, the portal takes unusually long to load, navigate, and execute actions, which affects trading activities. This effecting backtesting.

Request you to kindly look into this issue and share if there are any optimizations or fixes planned to improve the performance during these critical times.

Issue is not the internet speed, i am using fiber, other portal like trading view and angleone is working fine

Hi @pawanyadavdelhi, ideally, this should not happen. Please try these basic steps:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Log out and log back in.
  3. Switch your internet connection.
  4. Log out from all active sessions: Profile > Manage Account > Active Sessions > Logout from all devices.
  5. Clear browser cache: Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data.
