Important Announcement: 5th April 2025 - Routine Scheduled Downtime for Infrastructure Upgrade

We are committed to delivering a seamless trading experience. We have improved our platforms & infrastructure from time to time which have helped us deliver incredible features and capabilities in our journey of 3 years now.

As part of our ongoing & continued efforts to enhance platform performance, we will be conducting a planned infrastructure upgrade on 5th April 2025. This upgrade is essential to ensure continued reliability, improved speed, and a better user experience across Dhan platforms.

To facilitate this, a scheduled downtime is required during which access to the Dhan’s platforms and services may be temporarily unavailable as per the following schedule:.

Scheduled Downtime for Infrastructure Upgrade

  • Date: Saturday, 5th April 2025
  • Time: 12:15 AM to 5:15 AM (ie midnight to early morning)

During this period, our teams will work diligently to complete the upgrade as quickly and smoothly as possible. Following the upgrade, we will also participate in the Mock Trading session conducted by the Stock Exchanges on Saturday, 5th April 2025 to ensure all systems are functioning as expected

We understand that scheduled downtimes can be inconvenient, and we sincerely regret any disruption this may cause. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work to provide a more robust and reliable trading experience.

Nifty opened with -5% cut. Usually days like these the broker and exchange servers get clogged with pending orders. Dhan was butter smooth today. All the work done on the backend infrastructre side is there to see. I would even say that the opening order execution now at Dhan is faster than zerodha based on my experience with both platforms.

Some major changes were pushed by our teams over the weekend. Yes, order execution is much much faster than before. Thank you for noticing @t7support :slight_smile: , we have also done full analysis on your past note, we will share details soon.
