Hi @nightstar11 We explained this here in detail There is not going to be any penalty for this. There is no problem with March 24000 PE x 1200 qty. It is in multiple of 75 so you can exit it anytime you wish. For March 23000 PE & 25000 PE, you will not be able to exit it now. It will be carried till the expiry date. Since you have bought the options contract, the margin requirement will be simple - qty x buy avg price (premium paid) Hope this clarifies.
