Important Notice : Settlement Holiday on 31st March & 1st April 2025

Hello Traders & Investors,

Due to the upcoming Eid holiday on 31st March 2025 and Annual Bank Closing on 1st April 2025, please take note of the following trading and settlement schedule:

Here are the key points to note:

  • BTST (Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow) is allowed – If you purchase stocks on Friday, 28th March, they will reflect in your portfolio the next trading day, allowing you to sell them on Tuesday, 1st April 2025.

  • MTF (Margin Trading Facility) stocks purchased on Friday, 28th March 2025, will not appear in your portfolio on Tuesday, 1st April 2025. These stocks will be updated in your portfolio only on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025.

  • No trading limits will be available on Tuesday, 1st April 2025, against MTM (Mark-to-Market) profit from equity, derivatives & commodity positions or option premium credit from trades executed on 28th & 31st March 2025. These will be available on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025.

  • For any credit balance in your ledger arising from trades executed on 28th & 31st March 2025, withdrawals will not be available on Tuesday, 1st April 2025. Normal withdrawals are allowed.

What nonsense is this, i exit a stok in profit if there proper settlement done in My account but no response from your side

Settlement holidays are not at the broker end. A stock broker cannot do anything when a settlement holiday happens. We as traders need to take cognizance of settlment holidays advertised in advance.
