INSTANT 5 minutes withdrawls

Can’t you people tie up with popular banks like hdfc, kotak, ubi etc to grant instant withdrawls ? Many other brokers have started this .

5 minutes fund withdrawl time can easily be managed by DHAN management team if you talk and arrange this facility with partner banks . I t will lead to greater ease to traders to withdraw their funds INSTEAD of waiting for 20-24 hours

do think seriously about this.

I would say withdrawals would be the last in the priority and tampering with the current setup would lead to more issues. Let Dhan focus on enhancing the existing features to an extent that its a breeze.

Well the sold stocks are not in the portfolio anymore. What are the features from IndMoney, AngelOne and ICICIDirect have which are good? I do understand that Dhan needs a good product management vision which has become pretty evident after their US Stock module, but I would say its still better then most brokers out there.

Hi @banerjee did you checkout their Millions app?

More targeted towards investors and beginners. Millions seems better than Dhan to me right now. Maybe because i am not a trader

Absolutely agreed. Jaldbaazi me launched product lag raha US stocks. Bugs kaafi jyada hai, feature missing hai. Infact i noticed today that the stock prices on Dhan for US stocks are updating late than Indmoney.

@Pradumya US Stock Markets are different than India. In India - market data comes from exchanges, and in US there are data providers and transactions that happen outside of exchanges. Dhan has specific integrations that are enabled by India INX exchange and the other platform has different partners.

@banerjee Well I don’t trade much and hence for my primary segment i.e. swing and investments, Dhan has all the right features and the bank integration i.e. 1 Tap and Direct Transfers are good too. I am not sure how IndMoney has everything that anyone needs to be rich unless it has really good assists in the app. My only problem with Dhan is that their product vision around a release is narrow which needs to improve. “Millions“ is another example which ideally looks to be a copy of Groww with the color pallets of Emkay. Dhan’s main app had amazing bifurcations between Stocks and ETFs but Millions surprisingly dropped. After pestering Groww for a long time, they have put in personalized portfolios so that Users can group stocks, etfs in their own groups which I think might come in Millions too.

@PravinJ I believe people who are here and commenting intricate details do not need to know what integrations Dhan is doing and whether it has different partners or not. The comparisons are simple i.e. there were already apps in the market which did US Stocks and now with Dhan coming in, if it falls short of what the already existing apps are doing then its a problem for users to migrate to Dhan. It just hits your Customer Acquisition plan that’s all.

As correctly said by @nitishbangera , we are regular clients, we don’t understand the backend infrastructure. What matters to us is faster price discovery and trade execution.

For traders, every second counts. That’s exactly why many people choose Dhan. In fact, its lightning-fast execution and price updates are among the biggest reasons users switch to Dhan from other brokers.

However, when competing platforms update prices faster than Dhan, it becomes a significant barrier for existing US stock investors to migrate from their current brokers.

On top of that, I seem to discover new bugs almost every day. At this point, I feel that if I keep reporting every single bug to @MahimaShah , she’ll eventually get irritated with me.

Exactly. This is what I do too along with IPOs and buybacks. I am not into intraday or FnO at all. For me Dhan main app is more than sufficient.

I haven’t used Emkay , but I feel Millions is built better for my usecase. I don’t care if it is a copy or inspiration from existing broker as long as it fulfills my needs. I do want Buybacks to come to Millions app like it came to Dhan app.

If i remember correctly @Pranita said that bifurcation is coming to Millions app too

:100: Agreed. Buyback option came to Dhan main app but half baked. I mentioned so many things to @Soha_Jagtap_Dhan let’s see when it gets perfect.

I would consider it good thing if the product focus and development goes up.

Well being an engineer, we always think that the product that we create is the best and we personally get attached to it. We do not reply because we are just irritated of the comments coming in  . Hence you see the increase of AI agents that reply to comments now a days. I think Dhan is training Fuzz to look at comments and respond to it automatically instead of having a human do it. Look at https://chattermill.com/
