1 ~ Do I need to return margin in case of intraday loss?

No you can keep it. Broker will fund the loss from their own pockets.

If you’re trading in an equity segment, you get up to 5x margin for particular stocks as per exchange. In case your position is going against your trade, wherein MTM crosses 80% and above then it will be squared off by the risk team. We have mentioned detail on our risk policy here.
