Hi team dhan, is there anyway to cancel a basket order that was set with a trigger? I’ve had an issue where the basket order was triggered twice today, Even though I cancelled the basket.

Rest assured, we will keep you informed as soon as the feature is live or when we have a confirmed timeline to share.

@Dhan, revisiting the point made a while back. Do you have plans to integrate it so that I can just create a basket and mention ATM, OTM +/-X and ITM +/- X instead of putting a strike price? Also currently the trigger helps only for entry i.e. trigger the basket based on a specific value of Nifty. Can we also have an exit trigger set based on a value or a point difference from the entry?

Hi @nitishbangera,

At present, ATM, OTM ±X, and ITM ±X are available in the Quant mode of the Strategy Builder. Entry and trigger entry features are planned to be added directly within the Strategy Builder in future updates.

For Basket Orders, we will continue to match what is currently supported in Dhan.

@Mohseen_Usmani can you tell me if the Quant Mode helps me auto trigger a trade? If not, then my primary requirement probably isn’t met. If it’s not met then what is the point of the suggestion?

The reason I posted the question here is that I am interested in the “Auto Trigger for Basket orders”. Now the main question is if Dhan can put the Auto ATM, OTM +/- X and ITM +/- X in the Quant mode of the Strategy Builder, can you tell me what the blocker is in adding it to basket orders with Auto Triggers?

Dhan basket trigger order not user friendly compare to zerodha Ato order ,no option for enable and disable basket order , can’t create with alert and basket order ,every time remove and add basket trigger price , because of next day gap up and down

Namaskar DHAN Team,

  1. Currently we must open the basket and go through multiple steps to delete it, and there is no refresh option. Please update, like swipe options to re-enable or delete baskets in the basket list.

  2. Please enable auto strike selection like ATM, ATM-1, ATM+1, ATM-2, ATM+2.

These features will make Basket Trigger much faster and easier, as traders will only need to select the underlying trigger price and quantity.
