As per article this KYC validation took 2-3 working days in my case it took more then 6 days. From yesterday onwards I can able to trades. Thanks for reply though
Does anyone know what is the issue with Digilocker, because the digilocaker website is not working i am unable to complete by KYC validation and therefore i am unable to trade. how can i resolve this ?

I had called you on your cell on Friday, however was not able to reach you.
From our records, it seems that you are trying to attempt DigiLocker from outside India.
Please note that DigiLocker has geo-fenced their platform and it would only be available once you’re back in India.
Please let me know in case of any other queries.

Both status are validated. Still your system not allowing trading and customer service doesn’t have a clue of customer problem from 11 days.
Customer service instead of solving problem is shifting post goal and playing office office scenario.
The only reason, i am still communicating to you guys is because I have existing positions.
I request you to give me some mechanism to close my existing positions and then happily close the account
Terrible company who can’t solve customer problem in 11 days and missing on revenue.
@Anirudha Thank you fore your guidance, i have been able to submit the KYC. I have also received an SMS from Karvy with OTP and a link, however on opening the link, i get a message that Email id and mobile number are already validated. is this correct or do i need to do any further action since, the status still reflects as pending.

Hi @Himanshu.m The KRA status required to be updated with the exchanges and depository as well. Accounts are marked as disabled there, even if we enable - the transactions will get rejected.
There are delays with KRAs is what we understand. Once we receive confirmation status - same will reflect.

It seems KRA (Karvy) has rejected the modification request with the following reason:
MOBILE NUMBER / EMAIL-ID - NOT AVAILABLE ON KYC FORM;MOBILE NUMBER / EMAIL-ID - INCORRECT / NOT LEGIBLE
We are in touch with Karvy to check the reason for the same. We will keep you updated.
