Hi @nitishbangera , Thanks for your patience and for following up. We understand the inconvenience it is causing you, but rest assured that this update is in progress. While I cannot commit a final date to you, but we will go live with Sold Portfolio on web in the coming few weeks.
Hello @Radhika Are there any updates regarding the “Sold“ Portfolio on the Web app?
Hi @nitishbangera Sold portfolio is now live on web!
@Radhika Thank you very much for this feature on the web.
can u please tell me where is the option to generate verified link of profit and loss
Hi @ROCKY2, you can share PnL link from the position tab, PFA screenshot for refrence.
@Mohseen_Usmani @Radhika @Dhan I had raised an issue with Sold Portfolio where the quantity shown for a sold stock on 6th Feb is incorrectly put in the UI. I haven’t received any response via email and hence putting a comment here.
Hi @nitishbangera , will check this and share an update
@Radhika They tried their best but it was disappointing to even read the response I was given. The Sold portfolio feature in my opinion is completely broken. This was a feature which should allow me to revisit the Stocks that I have fully exited previously and should help me with a fresh entry. To have a fresh entry, you only need to know the previous exit price and the current LTP. Once we re-enter, the stocks should go off the Sold Portfolio
Current Issues:
1: If you have sold the stock more than once, the Sold Portfolio shows the combined quantity and the average sell price.
2: Stocks repurchased continue to show up in the Sold Portfolio
@Dhan I am having serious questions on the way this feature was implemented and tested. Can you please detail it out on how this feature should behave so that users like me who use Google Sheets to track the previous sold price and LTP(Google Finance) can use the Sold Portfolio and what scenarios should we look at Sold Portfolio?
Hi @nitishbangera Sold Portfolio is built to give you insights of the overall outcome of your exit decisions across your different holdings in a consolidated view. For a detailed view of each sell transaction, you can always refer to the trade history where every transaction is shown separately and can analyse accordingly.
As soon you repurchase any of the stocks, it will get removed from your sold Portfolio.
@Radhika Well I don’t think you have understood my question and I don’t expect it too. Nevermind. Sold Portfolio was a good to have for me as I have a better alternative to track the same thing.
