Invalid mobile number mail

Today i received a mail from Dhan saying this written below,

((( Invalid Mobile Number

Dear Vivek,

Here’s an urgent and important message that requires your immediate attention. The mobile number that is registered with your trading account appears in the permanent disabled list that has been published on the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) website.

As per this circular issued by exchange, they shall stop all communication to those clients whose mobile number(s) appear in the TRAI’s MNRL (Mobile Number Revocation List).

We request you to kindly update your mobile number within 7 days from the receipt of this email.

In case we do not receive any update from you within the specified time frame, we will take further required action.

You are requested to write back to us on help@dhan.co or contact us on 022-48906273 for any clarification or support.

BUT MY MOBILE NUMBER REGISTERED WITH DHAN IS RUNNING AND CURRENTLY HAVE RECHARGE TOO. NO PROBLEM IS HERE FROM MY END SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE ISSUE HERE. WHAT SHOULD I DO.

same problem for me also. Have you received any resolution or reply form Dhan

Till now no reply from Dhan team. No other broker called me about this.

We get these mobile numbers from TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), who sends the lists to Exchanges.

As per Exchange circulars (linked in the email), we need to communicate the same to our users. We do not play any role in deciding the numbers that go in this list.

If you feel you have been incorrectly included in this list, simply email us at help@dhan.co or call us at 022-48906273 to confirm your mobile number.

P.S. You can check that your number is indeed present in TRAI’s list by visiting this link.
Here are the steps:

  1. Click on “Download MNRL” and select “Personal use”.
  2. After you verify your mobile, download the .rar for July (or the latest month as applicable)

today i downloaded jul mnrl no. 4 and there is no mobile number matching with mine. I don’t know who ever has done this foolish mail sending is an idiot. I got freaked so i closed my trade in tension of this . Just imagine someone is saying my mobile number linked everywhere is getting revoked by TRAI.
This is such a bullshit who is the employee in Dhan doing all these crazy thing. tell him from my side he is an IDIOT.

Hi Vivek,

As I’ve checked, your number is present in a list which was officially sent to us by Exchange (BSE). Since this list was only communicated via email to Trading Members like us, it would not be possible for us to share the same.

You may contact BSE for clarification if required.

Please note that the only action pending from you is to call us on our help ID (022-48906273) or request for a call back on your registered number ending with XXXXX-XXX02, in order to avoid non-compliance.
