Issue with Bracket Orders – Short Orders Rejected in API and Mobile App

I’m reaching out to report an issue I’m facing with bracket orders while using both the API and the mobile app.

Here’s a summary of the problem:

  1. Buy Orders:
  • Orders with a 2% target and 1% stop loss are successfully executed without any issues.
  • These orders work as expected across both the API and mobile app.
  1. Short Orders:
  • Orders with identical parameters (2% target, 1% stop loss) are being rejected consistently.
  • This behavior is observed in both the API and the mobile app.

I’ve double-checked the setup to ensure there are no discrepancies in the parameters or logic being applied to these orders. However, the issue persists specifically with short orders.
