Hi, i want to open dhan demat for my father. he not earn so income is less than 3Lakh. do we need to file ITR if the income and transaction would be less than 3L?

Under the new tax regime, an income of under 3 lakh is not required to file the ITR but even if you file, there is no harm. It’s just better for future incomes and the ITRs that you file.
