I am writing to you today regarding the KYC validation that Dhan sent me a link for. When I click on the link, it is asking me to validate my details for SBI Caps Securities. However, I closed SBI Caps Securities 3yrs back, and still when I proceed to validate I am unable to enter my phone number to validate my details.
Hi @Babu This is an independent process that is initiated by your existing KYC record that is in NDML KRA. It seems your KRA record was first created by SBI Caps and it stands unverified - while I may think, it says the PoA document is non-Aadhaar and it may have not been linked with your mobile, which is why this got initiated.
Referring to your trailing reply, I also got and email from Dhan stating that my CVL-KRA is not verified and to get it verified with Mobile No. and Email id.
Accordingly, I went throught the link sent by your no-reply mail.
First I had a doubt whether the message is genuine, still I attempted and find that for my mobile no. entered it is informing that my CVL-KRA is verified, however, when I attempt for verifying by submitting my email id, I get the message that my Email id is not registered with them.
Please inform me what steps and how do I get ahead for verifying my email id on CVL-KRA.
Your early reply is appreciated and whether the message received from your no-reply email id is genuine.
My KYC details is still showing “Not Validated” status,
As per my last discussion over the call with your customer care executive around 3 weeks back, he said there is no issue from my end, this issue is causing from KRA end and he promise me that within a week KYC status will be show validated status.
Since more than 3 week now, it’s still showing “Not Validated” status, can you guys look into it.
Please try to fix this asap, since this pending from long time…
As per discussion over the call, said that process again. I did the same and the following is screenshoot of proof.
Now let me know how much more time required to fix the same.
@Divyesh , I’ve had communication with NSDL-NDML over the call, they saying this issue causing because of digilocker, can we connect on call, since your customer care number always shown busy…
