KYC Update Issue

Hi Team , I was unable to trade yesterday due to error “client is disabled for trading” and last night i update the KYC its showing in process and i received a mail from NSDL for further update and since morning its showing the below snip can you please update asap so i can trade today.

There seems to be a downtime on NSDL when you attempted to update KYC, I’m guessing for fetching details via DigiLocker. Request you to try once again after sometime, this must be an intermittent issue at that moment.

Please note that if the KYC needs a check, in that case your KYC records have to be verified and updated in KRA, and also with exchanges and depositories. It usually takes 2-3 business days, our team can assist in closing this and have the same checked, request you to drop a email to us on help@dhan.co.

Note that the deadline for this is 31 March, however its best you update it as quickly as possible.
