Ledger Statement - No Opening Balance

Currently ledger statement opening balance field is blank. Please fix this to show the opening balance for the chosen period. Without this it is difficult to track the account value after PNL adjustment.

Unfortunately, the downloaded file has garbled content. Also the send on email functionality is not working.
