Login Dhan app using Password

in other broker i required only password or 6 digit pin to open there app but in dhan we required always otp and password to open there app.

my request is to @Dhan Team is that please add feature to open dhan mobile app using 6 digit pin or password without otp(it requires only for login)

i also now you havw features of biometric in dhan app but my phone didn’t support this feature thats i dhan mobile app always ask me password with otp to open there application.

Understood, however unlikely we will make these changes. We want to ensure trading platforms on Dhan continue to be safe, secure and much require authentications - also in line with compliances.
