I’m a Dhan user for a year now and have traded with turnover of 1.49 Cr till now.
Now the problem is
July 3 Dhan app and web faced lag and issue on orders - It’s okay i agree tech products will have issues.
July 5 Again same issue on web and app - It’s okay i agree tech products will have issues.
July 6 - ??
July 7 -??
Now I feel scary to trade for next day.
Now my question is what steps have you taken to fix this issue from happening in coming days?? need a honest answer for this. I don’t want any copy paste answers. Kindly answer it as elaborate as you can with tech words. You answer is what going to give me hope to trade again.

well i am dhan user too ! I will say let wait for an week to settle down the issue. Then we can start trading.
Okay brother. But I don’t have the luxury to wait for a week and see that issue fixed or not. So if they give a timeline and if it’s acceptable i would wait if it’s not i could shift the money to backup broker, After Dhan fixed the issue I"ll come back to Dhan. Because i love their service and product 
.

I shifted to zerodha for some days …DARR LAG RAHA HAI KAL TRADE LENE MEIN IN DHAN
@Asif007 Zerodha is more scary. My first broker was 5paisa after that i used zerodha for about 2 years and faced some issues here and there… Now many people raise issues on zerodha which is way more brutal than Dhan issue now. So i’ll never go to zerodha again.

We totally understand where you are coming from, and we respect that. Be assured that we are continously monitoring the systems, and as a matter of fact a lot of our team members are still in the office to ensure smooth trading experience, and this will be for the whole upcoming week as well.
The influx of users in the last week has been way more than what we had anticipated, even we didn’t expect this kind of users at such a shorter period of time. Be assured that we will be doing everything that will help in providing exemplary trading experience.

@Asif007 I highly recommend you to stay with Dhan. Dhan is way better than most broking out there. But for shorter time you can try IIFL their OMS is somewhat good compared to others.
