When will Maan Aluminium come back into normal trade from Periodic Call Auction Stock status
Everyday, stock is witnessing 2% downward trend.

@PravinJ I also have this stock Maan Aluminium in my portfolio, I tried placing order based on periodic call trade instructions which I found on zerodha
(Sadly Dhan hasn’t wrote any article on the above subject yet!) .
On the bottom it’s of zerodha’s article it’s written that " If the order is placed but not executed during a session, it will be retried for execution in the following sessions throughout the day"
So following all the instructions I put a limit sell order around 11:31pm , whose order execution window time is 12:15 -12:23pm , unfortunately my order isn’t filled but :-
1). Broker (Dhan) didn’t cancel the order , i was confuse should i manually close it and place a new one at 12:30pm(new order placement) , upon talking to your customer care representative it was clear that DHAN DIDNT HAVE ANY SYSTEM TO CLOSE THE ORDER AUTOMATICALLY in case of periodic call trade event!! This is highly unacceptable!!
- Thus I have to manually cancel the order which again was NOT POSSIBLE because there is a buffer period from 12:24 to 12:30.
That means to place a new order I have to either cancel by order at 12:23pm 0r at 12:30 and place a new one. If you have a system in place that can cancel my order if order execution isnt done then I only have to worry about placing a new order at 12:30.
Kindly look in this @PravinJ , second time when I called your customer care , that person wasn’t even sure what is periodic call aution process

As we discussed this yesterday, users have an option to cancel the order and place a new order for next session. Moreover, we have your feedback and will continue to optimise this process.

There is a PLATFORM FAULT , DHAN DONT HAVE SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY OF ORDER FOR PERIODIC CALL AUCTION WHEN THEY ARENT EXECUTED, i crosscheck with other brokers and they all have THIS FEATURE!
SO KINDLY COMPLETE YOUR PLATFORM ITS INCOMPLETE!!!

Before taking this as FEEDBACK ! Acknowledge that your system LACK ESSENTIAL FEATURES!
YOUR TERMINAL IS INCOMPLETE !!
Don’t use the word optimise & feedback, I’m not suggesting rather I’m bring your attention to the problem, your platform lack essential feature of call auction process, I’m reporting the same to SEBI as well.
Because of this issue I’m now transferring my share to zerodha since their terminal allow auto cancellation if order isn’t executed.
I hope you will understand the gravity of situation and not label everything as mere feedback
